Where can I purchase the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ trap?
You can purchase the trap at our online-shop. In Italy, you can purchase it in garden centers or a hardware stores. Other countries will follow soon.
How much does the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ trap and the Biogents® Sweetscent™ cost through the Online-shop in the European Union?
Through our online-shop, the Biogents Mosquitaire trap costs € 219.00. The replacment set with two catch bags, a gauze cover and the Biogents Sweetscent costs € 34.00. These prices include the Shipping and Handling fees for the largest part of the European Union.
Do you also ship the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ trap to other countries that are not in the European Union, for example Malaysia?
We ship the Biogents Mosquitaire™ traps and the other Biogents® parts to all countries in the European Union and other countries outside the European Union (for example also Malaysia). You will find more information in our online store.
Why is the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ trap only for sale in Italian retail stores, and not in retail stores in other countries?
Italy is the first country the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ trap has been introduced in. It will also be introduced into other countries following Italy. We will keep you informed, via this website, as to which country the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ traps will be introduced into next.

The Biogents® Sweetscent™, along with a catch bag, a funnel net, and gauze will be available for purchase as one package. This after-purchase package can either be purchased on the Online-shop or in Italian retail stores.
My garden center in Italy does not carry the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ trap. What can I do?
Simply ask your garden center to provide the Biogents® Mosquitaire™ traps. We will happily supply them to your garden center. You can also look at other garden centers or hardware centers in your city or you could order trap online through the Online-shop on this website.
What else do I need to immediately begin catching tiger mosquitoes?
You do not need anything else, meaning that you can begin catching mosquitoes right away. So, simply assemble the trap, plug it into an outlet that is protected from water and moisture, and begin catching mosquitoes. In case you want to place the trap further away from your home, all you need is another extension cord between the trap and the adapter that you can purchase as an attachment. By no means should you use an extension cord between the adapter and the outlet.
